Colorfly (like the bug!) not to be confused with colorFY is a recent addition to free adult color therapy! After testing the app out, it’s pretty clear that it’s either made by the same company, or it’s a blatant rip off of the company that makes Colorfy. Either way, this app offers much more options than the previously made Colorfy. I’ve made a list of pros and cons. I’ll be interested to hear your opinions on which app you prefer!
More color palettes, all for free! There’s about 100 free colors to use separated by color scheme
More drawings to fill in-and they’re all free. Well, you can either review them on the app store to gain full access to all drawings, or you can pay $2.99. Both options benefit the company and in return you get a lot more designs.
There are pixel drawing options where there is a graph and you can use your creative side to make a drawing entirely on your own. Kind of like a free draw!
I’ve spent $0 on this app and I’ve spent about $6 using Colorfy, so this app is definitely lighter on my wallet
The app’s interface is a bit tricky. Nothing is really labeled and you have to kind of guess what buttons means what. It took me a few tries to figure out where the home button was. By the way, in the picture below, it the top button all the way to the left. The one that looks like a rectangle with an arrow into it, which typically means share in other apps.
The button second to the right means save, the next button to the right means share, the button to the right of that means reset drawing and the last button on the right means undo action.
It doesn’t zoom as close as Colorfy does, but it still zooms far enough.
There is a bug where sometimes one small patch won’t get colored in
The app is really fun and if you liked Colorfy, you’ll love Colorfly. Give it a try and let me
know your thoughts!
