About Me and the Blog

Hi there! My name is Leah. Welcome to my blog, MidTwenties Gal. I made this blog because I love writing and I like sharing things with other people that I enjoy. Previously, I’ve made two other blogs. The first one was about me, an American, living in the UK and the second is a tea blog that’s still up and running. I realized a couple months ago that I wanted to make a project that was more varied so I could cover many topics and that’s what led me to MidTwenties Gal.

I’m 24 years old and I’m from Michigan, but I went to college in San Francisco and graduated from University of San Francisco in 2013. San Francisco remains my favorite city in the entire world. I’ve been to the Czech Republic, Canada, Malta, Wales, England and in July I’ll be visiting Germany with my mom. I love to travel and I hope to visit every single US state and as many countries as I can in my lifetime. So far I’ve visited 26 states, so I have my work cut out for me.

What’s up with the symbol on the header of my blog, you may ask. Well, it’s the Native American symbol for friendship and over a year ago I had it tattooed to my ankle. I love the symbol so I thought why not incorporate it with my  blog.

Random fun facts:

I am one of those people whose favorite thing to drink is water. For me, nothing beats drinking water. If I go to a restaurant, you’ll see me ordering water to drink. It’s one of my better habits.

I love BBQ sauce

My favorite colors are purple and blue

I’m really close with my family, even though I’m 5 hours ahead of them and 4,000 miles away

I have freckles and I think they’re cute

I love Kate Spade anything

I love things with pineapples on them

My boyfriend is English
